About Us
Sweenz Incorporated is a family run business that celebrated our40th Anniversary in 2011. We are committed to completing competent, credible and truswtworthy commercial real estate appraisals in less than three weeks.
Michael F Sweeney, MAI founded Sweenz, Inc. in 1971. He was a dedicated business man and family man who brought the business into the 21st century. He trained his son Jason for several years before retiring in December 2006.
Jason M Sweeney joined the business in July 2002 and took over the business in January of 2007. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Illinois, a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently working on his MAI designation. Jason was the proud recipient of the 2010 McLean County Chamber of Commerce Micro-Small Business award winner. Leah E Sweeney joined Sweenz, Inc. in August 2010 after ten years in the GIS/Mapping and Travel & Tourism industries. She has her Real Estate Trainee Appraiser license in the State of Illinois and is currently working on her Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
